Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us if you would like to discuss international ordering options. Shipping Time: All orders placed by 12:00 pm Central Time (mon. - fri.) will ship out same business day, all other orders will ship out the next business day. Actual ship time depends on how far away you are from our shipping locations and what products you are purchasing. Keep in mind that this map is an estimation of when the package will arrive and neither My Supply Hut or UPS will guarantee that your package will arrive in less than 5 business days. All Flat Rate Shipping is subject to several different shipping methods. The United States Postal Service may also be used to ship your order and this can include standard mail or priority mail. Please check with the US Post Office for shipping times to your location. Faster delivery times are available by choosing UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air**. Keep in mind that Next Day = by 3:00 pm the next business day and 2nd Day = by end of 2nd business day. Ship From Locations: Heat Transfer Materials: Tulsa Oklahoma Rhinestones and Supplies: Detroit, Michigan Split Shipments: Split shipments may occur if you order different types of products that are warehoused in different locations or if part of your order is not in stock and needs to be back ordered and shipped later. Please refer to the UPS Ground Shipping Maps below for product warehouse locations and estimated delivery times.. Order Tracking: All orders can be tracked by logging into your account and viewing "Your Order History" and selecting the proper Tracking Number to obtain the status of your package delivery directly from UPS. Shipping Rates: There is a FLAT RATE - UPS Ground shipping option for $7.95 on all orders of any size. Additional options are available for faster delivery, charges are based on current UPS rates and will vary depending on package weights, package size, delivery distance and delivery choice. Additional Information: UPS will NOT** deliver to PO Boxes, you must have a physical address for UPS delivery.
