FREESupport is available through this area of our website for people that have purchased Videos from us and need more help with questions about the videos or a project they are working on.
Please supply all your company and purchase information when submitting any and all support questions. Failure to do so may result in the delay of your questions being answered in a timely manor. Customer's problem is not guaranteed to get solved however we will do everything we can to aid in a solution to your questions.
If you have not purchased a product from us please, submit your question anyway. We will try to answer it but if necessary our email technical support can be purchased for $30.00 per month, purchased in 3 month intervals. Fee-based technical phone support ($45 per call) is also available for the current release of our video product and CorelDRAW. Limited support is also available for previous version of each video product and CorelDRAW. No more than 30 minutes per phone call is allowed. Customer's problem is not guaranteed to get solved during the call. You must make an appointment for phone support. Please send an email request for support.
